There isn’t one. The number is on this page because a price belongs on a page — and the fastest way to prove there is no catch is to show you where every dollar goes, including ours.
Published US averages, Clutch, checked 6 September 2026. Clutch averages are drawn from agency-reported project data and skew mid-market and enterprise. A small local shop will quote you less than these; a national agency will quote you more. We are showing you the published averages, not the cheapest quote you could find.
Most agencies are paid a percentage of what you spend. That means the month they tell you to double the budget is the month they get a raise, whether or not it worked. We are the only ones who can afford to tell you to spend less.
$990 a month is the entire amount we make from you.
0% of your ad spend.
No commission or rebate from Google, Meta, or any ad platform.
No referral fee from any tool we recommend.
We do not resell or share your data.
Ad spend is separate. You pay it on your own card, directly to Google and Meta. It never passes through us.
Month to month. Cancel any day by email — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no end-of-term date to wait for. We remove our access and everything else stays exactly where it is, in your name.
Cheap because it’s nothing? Here’s the line we deleted.
An agency charging you $4,000 a month is mostly billing you for the forty hours a person spends pulling reports, rebuilding keyword lists, writing forty ad variants and resizing creative into eleven placements.
Our agents do those hours. Our senior people make the calls that need judgement. That’s the line we deleted — and it is the only one.
We did not delete the strategy, the approvals, or the person who answers when you write in. Those are the parts that were worth paying for.

Agents are good at volume and consistency and bad at judgement. Nothing goes live in your account without a named person approving it, and every change is logged with who approved it.
Everything is in your name. Including the day you leave.
The most common thing people say about a bad agency is not that it was expensive. It is that they could not get their own accounts back. So here is exactly what we hold and what you hold, before you give us anything.
The ad accounts are yours
Created under your email and your billing. We request access at a named permission level — we never take ownership, and we never ask you to link your account to a manager account we control.
The website is yours
Your domain, your hosting, a repository you own. Not a page on our platform that stops existing when you stop paying.
The work product is yours
Pixels, conversion actions, audiences, creative source files, keyword lists, negative lists, call recordings, CRM data. All of it stays where it is.
Leaving is not a project
Tell us and we remove our access. Nothing else changes — no export request, no handover fee, no thirty-day notice period, no waiting for a renewal date.
If we are ever bad at this, the cost of leaving should be an email, not a project.
Here is the whole sequence. You write and say you are done. Within two business days we drop out of your Google Ads account, your Meta Business Manager, your CRM and your repository. Your campaigns keep running, your site keeps serving, your recordings stay in your call-tracking account, and your next agency inherits a working setup with a complete change log instead of a mystery. Then you stop paying us.
The last agency showed you a green dashboard while your phone didn’t ring.
They weren’t necessarily lying. They were counting a different thing than you were.

Most of the gap happens on the phone, before anyone in marketing hears about it.
Step 1
44%
of marketing-generated calls never reach a human at all.
Step 2
38%
of the answered ones are a real lead rather than a wrong number or an existing customer.
Step 3
42%
of those leads convert on the call itself.
Run those three together and roughly about nine calls in a hundred become a customer. That is the industry, not your agency specifically — but it is where your money is actually going, and almost nobody reports it to you.
Source: Invoca Lead Conversion Benchmarks 2026 — 70 million calls, 600 million minutes, 10 industries. Published July 2026. These are industry-wide figures, not ours, and not a projection for your business.
We show you the gap. And because we take nothing from your ad spend, we don’t get paid more when it’s wide.
How do you know a call closed?
Because we follow one specific recording all the way to the deal, in your systems, not ours. Four steps, no black box.
01
The call is recorded in your account
Through CallRail or Twilio, on your subscription, under your billing. We never route your calls through a number we own — if you leave, your tracking numbers and every recording go with you, because they were always yours.
02
It gets transcribed and scored
Was this a real prospect or a wrong number? Did anyone pick up? Did it get booked? A call that rang out for ninety seconds is a different failure than a call that was answered and fumbled, and they need different fixes.
03
It gets matched to your CRM
The call is tied to the record it created in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel — and then we watch that record. When it moves to closed-won, that is the event we have been waiting for.
04
It gets attributed back to the ad that caused it
Closed-won travels back to the keyword, the ad, and the campaign that produced it — and back into the bidding, so the platform learns to buy customers rather than form fills.
Our numbers come out of your Google Ads account and your CRM, not out of our dashboard. If ours ever disagree with Google’s, Google’s is right and we will say so.

What $990 buys, and where it stops.
Both lists matter. The second one is how you can tell the first one is real.
Included
Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping
Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram
SEO, including how you appear inside AI answers
Your website and every landing page we need
Ad creative — static, video, and the variants to test them
Call recording, transcription and scoring, wired to your CRM
Weekly changes, a monthly written review, and the full change log
No per-channel pricing, no per-page pricing, no change-request fee. If it is on this list, it is in the $990.
Not included
Ad spend
You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card. We never touch it, never mark it up, and never take a percentage of it.
Paid tooling
If your setup needs a paid CRM seat, a call-tracking plan or a hosting bill, that is yours. We will tell you before you need it, and we take nothing from anyone we recommend.
On-location production
A film crew at your site is a real cost with real people in it. We produce creative from your footage and from what we can make; we do not pretend a shoot is free.
PR, events, print
Out of scope. We would be guessing, and you would be paying for the guess.
Who this is wrong for
You are spending under about $1,500 a month on ads
Below that, the fee is a large share of your total marketing budget and the accounts will not generate enough data for the measurement to mean anything. Spend it on the ads instead and come back.
You want someone to guarantee a ranking or a lead count
Nobody can, and the ones who do are describing something other than what will happen.
You want to be hands-off about budget decisions
We do not change budgets or restart paused campaigns without your written approval. If you would rather not be asked, we are the wrong shape.
Against the alternatives
Written to be checkable rather than flattering. Where an alternative genuinely varies, the cell says it varies — you should ask them, and the answer will tell you a lot.

One comparison worth running yourself: ask any agency you are considering what they charge, before you book the call. What happens next is the most useful thing you will learn about them.
What the published averages look like at your spend
Not a forecast, and not our results — we do not have results to show you yet. It is one division against published industry data, with the working shown, and it stops at the point where honest arithmetic runs out.
Illustrative model — arithmetic on public data
$5,000 ÷ $90.92 average cost per lead
55 leads a month
At $109 each including our $990.
And this is where every other calculator lies to you
The obvious next move is to multiply those 55 by a close rate and hand you a customer count. We are not going to, because the arithmetic does not hold: published close rates are measured on leads that reached a phone conversation, while a cost-per-lead figure counts form fills as well. Chain them and you get a number roughly five times too flattering.
What the call data does say is blunt: of every 100 marketing-generated calls, about 44 never reach a human at all, and about nine become a customer. Which of your 55 land on which side of that is the number your account will never show you.
It is also the number we start measuring on day one — from your CRM, not from a benchmark table.
Illustrative model — not a result. This is one division: the spend you entered, over a published industry average cost per lead. Lonta AI has not produced this figure for any client and does not claim you will achieve it. Your own cost per lead will differ, often by a lot.
You have read this far without seeing a single customer.
We launched in 2026. We have no case studies, no client logos and no testimonials, and we are not going to invent any.
Everyone else in this category shows anonymous case studies with a growth percentage and nothing you can inspect — a number with no company, no time window and no method attached. We could generate twenty of those this afternoon. In the United States a fabricated testimonial is a federal civil penalty per violation, and more to the point, you would have no way to check a single one of them.
So here is the mechanism instead, in full, and a free audit of the account you already have. Judge the work, not the marketing.
The free audit, in writing, before you ask for it.
Every agency offers a free audit and most of them are a sales call with a chart in it. Here is exactly what ours is, so you can hold us to it — or catch us not doing it.
We ask for read-only access to your Google Ads account. We will never ask for admin, and we will never ask you to link your account to our manager account.
You get the report within three business days of access being granted.
Every finding includes the exact steps to fix it yourself.
The findings are yours whether or not you hire us.
We will not ask you to link your account to a manager account we control.
We will not put a proposal where the findings should be.
We will not keep the findings if you say no.
Linking to a manager account is a normal, legitimate way for an agency to work, and plenty of good ones ask for it. We simply do not need it to read your account and write you a report — so for an audit we ask for the least access that does the job.
The questions people actually ask
Phrased the way they get asked, including the hostile ones.
What's the catch?
There isn't a second invoice. $990/month is the entire amount we make from you — no percentage of your ad spend, no commission or rebate from Google or Meta, no referral fee from any tool we recommend, and we don't resell your data. Ad spend is separate and you pay it directly to the platforms on your own card. If you ever find a line of revenue we take that isn't on this page, that's a reason to fire us.
Too cheap means low quality. Why is this $990?
Because we deleted one cost line, and only one: the billed hours a person spends on work that does not need a person. Our agents do those. Our senior people still make the decisions, still choose what to test and what to kill, and still approve everything before it goes live — that part was worth paying for, so we kept it. The section above this one shows exactly which tasks fall on which side of that line.
This is a loss-leader and the price will jump.
There are no tiers to be moved into and no introductory period to come off. Same $990 at $2,000 of ad spend or $200,000, one channel or four, month one or month forty. If we ever change the price, it applies to new customers — you keep the price you signed up at, and you can leave any day anyway.
You'll price me up once you see my revenue.
It was $990 before we knew anything about your business and it is $990 after. We never ask for your P&L to set a price, because the price does not depend on it.
You must be offshore.
We're in San Francisco. We're also a new company — we launched in 2026 — and we'd rather you know that from us than work it out from the absence of a customer list. If it matters to you where the person reviewing your account sits, ask us before you sign up and we'll tell you.
So an AI just sprays garbage into my account?
No, because nothing goes live without a named person approving it, and every change is recorded with who approved it and when. Agents are good at volume and consistency — search-term reviews, negative lists, forty ad variants, creative resizing, transcribing every call. They are bad at judgement, which is why they don't get to make any. You can read the whole change log at any time.
Am I locked in?
Month to month. Cancel any day by email — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no renewal date to wait for. We remove our access and everything else stays where it is, because it was already in your name.
Who actually owns my ad account?
You do. Accounts are created under your email and your billing, and we request access at a named permission level. We never take ownership, and we do not ask you to link your account to a manager account we control. Manager-account linking is a normal way for agencies to work and plenty of good ones use it; we just do not need it, and not needing it means there is nothing to unwind if you leave.
If you disappear, what do I lose?
Nothing that exists today. Your website is on your domain and your hosting, in a repository you own. Pixels, conversion actions, audiences, creative source files, keyword and negative lists, call recordings and CRM data all sit in your accounts. Offboarding is us removing our access; there is no export request, no handover fee, and no transition period you have to pay for.
The last agency showed me green dashboards while my phone didn't ring.
That is usually true and usually not a lie — they were counting a different thing than you were. A form fill and a phone-click event are real events; neither is a customer. We report the deals your CRM marked closed-won, and we show you the gap between that number and the platform's number rather than hiding it. Because we take nothing from your ad spend, a wide gap costs us nothing to admit.
Will your numbers match Google's?
They come out of your Google Ads account and your CRM, not out of a dashboard we control. Where they disagree with Google's, Google's is right and we'll say so in writing. Attribution is genuinely hard and anyone claiming their numbers are perfect is telling you something about themselves.
You'll just tell me to run it longer.
There are dated checkpoints so that conversation cannot happen by drift. By day 14 tracking is verified end to end and the first campaigns are live. By day 30 you get a written review from your own account data. By day 60, if it is not working, we tell you it is not working, in writing, with the number.
The person I trust will leave and nobody will know my account.
Account managers quit. The log doesn't. Every change ever made to your account is recorded with who made it and why, and the person you talk to is reading the same log you can. That is not a substitute for continuity, but it means continuity does not live in one person's memory.
Where are your clients?
We don't have public ones yet. We could put anonymous case studies and five-star quotes on this page — everyone in this category does — but we'd be inventing them, and in the US a fabricated testimonial is a federal civil penalty per violation, not a grey area. So we've published the mechanism, the price, the exclusions and the exit terms instead, and we'll give you a free audit of the account you already have so you can judge the work before you pay for anything.
Your free audit is just a pitch deck with my logo on it.
Usually, yes. Here's the spec so you can hold us to it: we ask for read-only access to your Google Ads account, we never ask for admin, and we never ask you to link your account to our manager account. You get the report within three business days of access being granted. Every finding includes the steps to fix it yourself, and the findings are yours whether or not you hire us. No card, no call required.
You want to record my calls — is that even legal?
Recording law varies by state and generally follows where the caller is, not where you are — which for a business taking calls from anywhere means the safe default is an all-party notice, and that is what we configure unless your counsel tells us otherwise. We are not your lawyers and we will not tell you what your obligations are. If you would rather not record at all, we can work from call metadata alone — who called, from which ad, how long it rang, whether anyone picked up. You lose the transcript and keep most of the measurement.
You want access to my CRM. What happens to my customer data?
It stays in your CRM. We read deal stages and outcomes to match them to campaigns; we do not export your customer list, sell it, or use it to train anything. Sub-processors are named on the privacy page, retention is stated there, and a DPA is available on request. If you are in a regulated category where this is not good enough, tell us early and we will say so rather than take the work.
How much do I need to spend on ads?
Realistically at least $1,500 a month, and that is a filter rather than a sales floor. Below it, our fee is a large share of your total marketing budget and the account will not produce enough data for any of the measurement to mean anything. You would be paying us for a number we can't yet compute honestly. Spend it on the ads instead and come back.
How do you compare to the other AI marketing agencies?
Ask any of them for their price before you book a call, and see what happens. That is the comparison we would run first if we were you.
Start with the audit. Decide after.
If you have done this before and it went badly, the thing you are actually checking for is whether you can get out. That answer is here, first.
If you do sign up, the dates are fixed
Day 14
Tracking is verified end to end, the account is restructured, and the first campaigns are live. You get the change log.
Day 30
First written review with the numbers from your account and your CRM, not from our dashboard.
Day 60
If it is not working, we tell you it is not working, in writing, with the number. We do not tell you to run it longer.
Would rather just write to a person? hello@lonta.io. We read everything that arrives there.
