Lonta AI is a marketing services business based in San Francisco, CA, United States. We are the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at hello@lonta.io.

One form on this site collects information, and only when you choose to submit it. It asks for your name, work email address, phone number, website address, and a range describing your monthly advertising spend. There is an optional message field. There is also a consent checkbox for calls and texts, which is unchecked by default and which you do not have to tick to submit the form or to become a customer.

We record whether you ticked that box, the exact wording you were shown, and the time you submitted it — because if we ever call you, the burden of showing you agreed to that sits with us.

When you submit the form, we also record your IP address, the approximate city, region and country Cloudflare derives from it, your browser’s user-agent string, the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers in the URL you arrived on — utm_source, gclid, fbclid and their equivalents.

Those identifiers exist so that if you become a customer we can tell the advertising platform that its click produced a real customer rather than a form fill. That is the same measurement we sell, applied to ourselves.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts.

It uses one sessionStorage entry to remember the campaign parameters from the page you arrived on, so they survive if you visit a second page before submitting the form. It is deleted when you close the tab, it never leaves your browser except as part of a form submission you choose to make, and blocking it breaks nothing.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and runs the function that receives the form. Your submission is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV in the United States.

Resend delivers the notification email containing your submission to our inbox, and delivers our reply to you.

We may also post a short summary of a new enquiry — your name, email, phone, website and spend range — into our own internal team chat so that someone picks it up promptly.

If you become a customer, we will additionally process data inside the advertising, analytics, call-tracking and CRM systems you give us access to. Those remain your accounts under your control, we act on your instructions within them, and a data processing agreement is available on request before you grant any access.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

If you request an audit and do not become a customer, we keep your submission for 24 months so that we can recognise you if you come back, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, and we will not require a reason.

Customer records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards where US tax and accounting rules require it.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@lonta.io and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and why, the right to correction and deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right exists and we will honour it if that ever changes.

If you ticked the consent box and change your mind, reply “stop” to any text or tell us on any call, and we will stop calling and texting immediately. That does not affect the audit or anything else you asked for.

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this page we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects information we already hold about you, we will email you rather than rely on you noticing.
